I have been inspired to help others, as I have been helped over the years to get where I am today. I created this space to connect with others and share my passions, talents and hobbies.

S.P.A.C.E in Medical Education is a special interest group (SIG) of the Southern Group on Educational Affairs (SGEA). SPACE was created with the intention of providing an intentional presence that gives staff members an opportunity to network, showcase their expertise, share best practices and develop professionally within medical education. I am currently as the Director, Programs - Medical Education where I oversee the administrative curriculum team for the MD program. We partner with the faculty to operationalize the curriculum for our medical students from year 1 to year 4. The team works hard and serves in various committees to ensure we are meeting the goals of the program.
